We observe major holidays. If your regular pickup lands on a holiday, we'll automatically reschedule to the next business day and notify you via email or SMS. You can always check your account portal for the updated schedule.

Yes, you can cancel your service at any time with no penalty. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing cycle. Prepaid annual plans receive a prorated refund for unused months, minus a small administrative fee. Simply contact our support team or cancel through your account portal.

All collected materials are transported to our ISO‑certified facility. Recyclables are sorted, cleaned, and processed into raw materials for manufacturing. Organic waste becomes compost. Residual non‑recyclable waste is treated using the most sustainable disposal methods available, with a constant goal of minimizing landfill use.

Yes! Our organic composting add‑on is available for $18/month. We provide a separate bin for food scraps and yard waste, which is processed into nutrient‑rich compost. It's available for both residential and commercial clients.
